My favourite breakfast at the moment - lots of fruit, yogurt, oats, and seeds. This recipe is easy to adapt with different fruits or nuts, and it can be kept for about 3 days in the fridge - making mornings extra delicious, and super simple.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir to coat everything in yogurt, cover, and refrigerate. Best served after it has been allowed to sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour (although you can eat it immediately if you like). Keep for up to 4 days in the fridge.
