Strawberry Cream Cheese

This slightly sweet, spreadable strawberry cream cheese is a delicious morning breakfast treat. I love to serve this on a buttered bagel with fresh strawberries on top.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese (=1/2 c. or 1/2 brick)
  • 1 Tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese and strawberry jam in a medium sized mixing bowl.

  2. Beat on med-high speed until the jam and cream cheese whip together and are very smooth.

  3. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
