This is the easiest way to make homemade pizzas with little kids - using Greek pitas as the crust and all your favorite toppings!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine the tomato paste, water, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano in a small mixing bowl. Stir until well combined, and set aside.
Wash and chop the vegetables, cut the meat, and shred the cheese. Set aside.
Arrange the pita breads and prepared toppings on a clean work surface in front of you. Spread each pita with a thin layer of sauce, and then sprinkle to cover with mozzarella cheese.
Scatter with your favorite toppings, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted bubbly. Serve warm.
Note: The pans are lined with parchment paper in this tutorial, but this is only necessary if you want no-fuss cleanup. The pizzas will not stick unless the cheese is spilling off the sides.
