Mango Pineapple Smoothie

This simple 4-ingredient smoothie can be ready in just a few minutes and is a delicious, refreshing summer treat. Use frozen fruit for best results.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango chunks frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut milk, as a vegan option

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in high-powered blender. Pulse 3-4 times, and then blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes

This smoothie is best made with frozen fruit. If you don't have it frozen ahead of time, add 6 ice cubes* to this recipe, pulse 4-6 times, and then blend until smooth. 

*The consistency of the drink will be thinner when it's made with ice cubes and fresh fruit.
