Mango Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

This recipe is fast, healthy, and fun. Use coconut milk in place of yogurt to make it vegan (or if you just like the taste better that way)!

Ingredients

For the smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt or coconut milk

For the toppings:

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries washed
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 8 slices fresh mango
  • 2 Tbsp toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

For the smoothie:

  1. Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in high-powered blender. Pulse 3-4 times, and then blend until smooth.

For the bowls:

  1. Divide the smoothie evenly between two 12-ounce bowls. Decorate with fresh fruit and toppings. Serve immediately.
