This recipe is fast, healthy, and fun. Use coconut milk in place of yogurt to make it vegan (or if you just like the taste better that way)!
Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in high-powered blender. Pulse 3-4 times, and then blend until smooth.
Divide the smoothie evenly between two 12-ounce bowls. Decorate with fresh fruit and toppings. Serve immediately.
