Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie Bowls

Simple, beautiful, healthy, and delicious - This smoothie bowl is simple to make and can be made with coconut milk instead of yogurt as a vegan option.

Ingredients

For the smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt or coconut milk

For the topping:

  • 5-6 fresh large strawberries
  • 2-3 handfuls fresh raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • fresh mint, to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut into thin slices. Set aside. Wash the raspberries and allow them to drain on paper towel. Set aside.

  2. Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in high-powered blender. Pulse 3-4 times, and then blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the prepared smoothie into 2 12-ounce bowls, and decorate with your prepared fresh fruit, hemp hearts, and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
