I mentioned a little while back that I’d started helping my parents keep their blog, Hospitality Sunday – And well, since I’m pretty much helping my mom with every food post we do (prep and photos), I thought I may as well share them with you, too! Just in case you’re interested. Maybe I’m a little biased, but… Mom’s recipes are the best!
This stuffed pepper recipe is one we posted a while back, which was always a favourite of mine growing up. I was that kid (go figure) that ate and loved almost everything (with the exception of brussel sprouts… which I still only like in some situations. Mostly just situations that involve bacon). At any rate, this recipe is gold – especially on a cold day, when you’re good and hungry. It’s basically another version of cabbage rolls, just… faster and easier, and yes, a little different.
