Occasionally I get a real craving for this, and I feel that I just need… to have it. Today has been one of those days. The meat mixture is packed with flavour, and it makes the perfect accent to crunchy chips, creamy sour cream, and assorted fresh vegetables on top. My advice? Make this and serve it with avocado slices or guacamole… Mm, yes.
