I was trying to think of which recipe to post from Hospitality Sunday this weekend, and well, with the chill in the air I couldn’t resist sharing this one.
This recipe is one of the best I’ve ever had, and pairing it with noodles makes it a little more hearty. The broth is made with coconut milk and a wonderful arrangement of spices, including lemon grass, cilantro and chili flakes – which are the perfect complement for its creamy coconut chicken broth.
