Hey everyone!
I’ve recently been going to a friend’s house every week to experiment making various Asian dishes that we love… We started with dumplings (which I will share at some point!) and then moved on to this delicious, made-from-scratch ramen noodle soup… which, I tell you, is far and away a different experience than the $0.25 packages you get at the grocery store.
This process is quite long, but if you’re up for a challenge and for a steaming bowl of hot soup to reward you at the end, then by golly– buckle down and do it! It’s a great experience.
We made this Tonkotsu Ramen from Glebe Kitchen (I say “We” but mostly my friend did all the hard work– I just came and fried stuff, boiled stuff, and ate stuff).

Or, if you’re not looking for that at this moment, let me ask you: Have you have ever had real ramen before? If so, let me know what you thought!
Back soon,
